Our hard standing touring pitches all offer electric hook-up, toilets and showers, a washing up area and a well-equipped children’s play area. There’s also an onsite shop with basic supplies, plus larger supermarkets are located just a 10-minute drive away. Alternatively, if you fancy dining out, Akebar Park is lucky enough to have an on-site pub, The Friars Head, as well as a golf course and other exceptional facilities. All customers must report to reception on arrival, where we will be happy to check you in and let you know where your pitch is. Once you’ve checked in our wardens will be on hand to guide you and help you settle in. Anything you need, just ask! Yes, we welcome well-behaved dogs at our park, so feel free to bring your furry friends along – we even have a dog exercise area! Akebar Park is open from 1st February until 4th January each year. Yes, there is a minimums stay of two nights, which sometimes differs during bank holiday weekend or when there are big local events taking place. Check in at Akebar Park is from 12pm at reception, and we ask that you leave before 11am on your day of departure. We are lucky to have an on-site restaurant, golf course, and children’s play area, as well as plenty of other attractions within a short distance from the park. The touring site is a great space for your family holiday, offering grass pitches with electric hook-up, along with a well-equipped children’s play area.

On Arrival
All customers must report to reception on arrival, where we will be happy to check you in and let you know where your pitch is. Our wardens will be on hand to guide you and help you settle in. We are always available to welcome our visitors, however they must report to reception on arrival, pay the appropriate fee and obtain a permit. Our guests always enjoy their stay here, as we’re an ideal base for walking, cycling and fishing. Check out all the local things to do here.
