Akebar Park is delighted to announce the opening of two brand new padel courts. This is an exciting addition to the park and means Padel is now available to the public and guests of Akebar Holiday Park in the Yorkshire Dales.

Our Padel Courts will be available from Monday 25th May 2026.
Bookings are via the Playtomic App and can be made up to 30 days in advance.
Padel Coaching with Steve Anderson
Padel Coach – affiliated BPCA (British Padel Coaching Association)
Qualification – Pro Level Coach – all standards – Member ID 908
All insurances covered including Safeguarding and DBS Checks.
Having migrated from a squash and tennis background, Steve has played Padel for 6 years and qualified to coach in 2025.
He is currently working as a freelance coach locally with over 200 hours of coaching at all levels.
Available for 1-1 coaching and up to 4 people in group sessions.
This covers complete starters who just want the basic rules and help getting started, to intermediate who want to brush up on technique and tactics.
