Akebar
Set in the Richmondshire district of North Yorkshire, the population of the Akebar civil parish is less than 100..
Aside from our park, you can find a handful of farmhouses, as well as our golf course and on-site pub and restaurant, The Friars Head.
In short, Akebar is the perfect spot to enjoy the true peace and tranquillity that the Yorkshire Dales are famous for – one of the many reasons we chose to set up our holiday park here!
Leyburn
We are fortunate to be nestled on the fringes of Leyburn, a National Park gateway town at the heart of Wensleydale.
Described as a “town for all seasons,” it offers one of the many thriving yet leisurely places you can visit during your static caravan holidays in the Yorkshire Dales with us.
Just some of the highlights of the town include its quaint selection of cafes, pubs and shops, as well as its open-air market and heritage; from the delights of Middleham Castle (home to Richard III) to the joys of the Wensleydale Railway.

Wensleydale itself is truly a site to behold!.
One of the Yorkshire Dales National Park’s most stunning valleys, the area is home to a plethora of wildlife and natural beauties, including the hidden waterfalls of Aysgarth Falls and Hardraw Force. It is also famous for its cheese, produced by the Wensleydale Creamy!
